I'm not sure he came out exactly as I pictured him, but then I say to myself, "Can you tell who/what it is?" As long as you and other people can, that's what matters, right?
Overall, making his pattern was pretty easy. I think the only thing that I didn't like as much was having a lot of parts for him, which required more sewing. But I tried to make it as easy as I could.
On another note, I finished a Kirby. Remember how I said my little sisters were begging me to make one? Well, it's not the exact size to be labeled "huggable," but I think it turned out cute, regardless.
Orange! Isn't he cute? |
Oh, yes! I just would love to share this picture I took last month while out taking pictures of my little skunk. It has led me to create a folder called 'That one day' and I plan to put other out of place photos in it, haha.
As I was taking pictures, he bounded out of the woods, coming up pretty close to me. I was pretty still, so I guess he didn't mind me. That's when I started taking pictures of him. I probably wouldn't have, but he had something in his mouth, as you can see, so I thought it was perfect for a picture. He stood still only long enough for me to snap this picture. When I tried to get a closer picture, he lost his courage and ran away. It reminds me of the squirrels in D.C. Now those are a courageous lot, haha.
Anyways, besides making the Kirbys, I plan on making something for my grandparents as well, hopefully before Christmas. And while I'm doing that, I'll be thinking of my next project. Till next time...
I can't believe I missed this post! Lucario is my most favorite Pokemon, and here you have done an amigurumi of one! Nice work!
ReplyDeleteWhere is the pattern for this again? I'm gonna make this for my boyfriend bc Lucario is his favorite pokemon.
